• You can return it immediately.

• You only pay the shipping fees.

• Partial delivery is not available.

• If you want to exchange an item after the courier has left:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

• Reach out via Facebook or Instagram.

• Provide:

• Your order details.

• A photo of the item in its original condition (unworn and unwashed).

• Once reviewed and approved by our specialized team, the exchange will be processed with additional shipping fees.

• In case of a factory defect:

• The item will be reviewed by our specialized team.

• If the defect is confirmed, a full refund will be issued without any shipping fees.
